We do not believe in allowing the development team to work overtime. However, we do make an exception in case of urgent requirements. In such cases, we are available to work overtime.

In the case where issues are raised with the quality of the project being delivered, we will work closely with you to address your issues. This will usually involve a senior developer or project manager intervening to fix the issues.

We understand the importance of protecting client data and information and make every effort to do so. Besides the non-disclosure agreement prior to starting the project we also take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized sharing of your information. We also have similar confidential agreements with the technical team working on your project.

If you will like to have full ownership, different arrangements can be made, but it will impact quoted fees.
